The head of Hamas political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh congratulated the Turkish president, Rajab Ardougan on the occasion of declaring the Turkish State.

In his letter, Haniyeh expressed warm wishes for the Turkish president and his people, wishing prosperity and stability for Turkey.

He noted that Hamas is proud of the relations that connect the Palestinian and the Turkish people, stating that Palestinian people feel grateful towards the important role played by Turkey to support the fair Palestinian cause.
