The Israeli occupation finance minister’s decision to approve the construction of settlement spots in the West Bank and the establishment of solar energy fields in Palestine amount to blatant aggression against the Palestinian people and their land.

We confirm that Arabs and Muslim Ummah and the United Nationa along with the free peoples of the world, should strongly condemn the Israeli colonial plans that are against the international law and conventions and UN resolutions.

Hamas movement emphasises that such colonial projects will not change the Arab and Muslim features of Palestinian territories, nor will they legitimise the existence of the Israeli occupation. The Palestinian people will persistently and steadfastly face these plans until liberation and the establishment of the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
