Press Release issued by Hamas:

We, in Hamas condemn labeling the International Union for Muslim Scholars, the Higher Islamic Council, and other Muslim scholars as terrorist groups and individuals. Those are the  beacons who enlighten the Arab World's path to confront the normalization projects with the Israeli occupation.

We underline the need to restore unity in the Arab World and the important role played by the scholars to maintain norms and ethics.  We  also call for swift actions to achieve this unity to confront the dangers and all kinds of colonialism.    

 Hamas expresses its deep sorrow over  the current conditions in the Arab World which is plagued with conflicts which have divided the  Arab countries and wasted their national wealth.
