The spokesperson of Hamas issued the following:
Hamas holds the Unity Government led by Rami Hamdu Alllah the full responsibility for the chaos which happened at some ministries in Gaza due to the irresponsible decision of ordering the former civil servants to resume their work and assures that such a decision violates Cairo Agreement.
