The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” launched Sunday the events of its 30^th annivers

During a press conference in front of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin’s house, the founder of Hamas, the spokesperson of Hamas, Fawzi Barhoum stated that various and continuous events will start in preparation for the great festival which will be held on Thursday, 14^th of December at El Kateeba  in Gaza Strip. 

Barhoum  pointed out that the anniversary festival will take place under the slogan of  “ Resistance is our decision and unity is our choice”  assuring that the 30^th anniversary comes after years of sacrifices and steadfastness. 

He affirmed that Hamas has been resisting the occupation for  30 years, leading the freedom fighters, maintaining the presence of the Palestinian issue and strengthening relations with the Islamic and Arab nations.

Barhoum confirmed that the anniversary is a day to honor the martyrs , the detainees and the freedom fighters who paid the price of dignity in the West Bank and Gaza asserting that Hamas will continue on the same path. He also congratulated the Arab and Islamic nations , the Palestinian people in diaspora and the world free people on the 30^th anniversary.
