Hamas considers the latest Israeli bombardment on the Gaza Strip, that targeted civilians, institutions and security sites, as another deliberate crime against the Palestinian people.

In a press statement, spokesman of the movement, Fawzi Barhoum,  held the Israeli Occupation fully responsible  for the repercussions that may result from this brutal Israeli escalation. 

He stressed that this escalation will not diminish the strength of the Palestinian people and will thwart Palestinian efforts to face the on-going  schemes that target their rights and sanctities, indicating that this daring assault on the Palestinians is backed by American  support.

In the same context, the Israeli occupation planes targeted three sites belonging to the Al-Qassam Brigades in the north of the Gaza Strip and south of Gaza City, which led led to the martyrdom of two of its members.
