The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned on Saturday morning decision of US Congress to cut aid funds for Palestinian Authority (PA) institutions.
Hamas leader Sami abu-Zuhri condemned the cut of aid funds paid to the different institutions of the Palestinian Authority over claims of supporting terrorism.
The US Congress approved a bill that stipulates halting US aid to the PA unless it stops paying salaries for Palestinian prisoners and freed prisoners.
Early this month, an Israeli occupation ministerial committee approved a bill that stipulates deducting salaries of Palestinian prisoners and freed prisoners from the taxes collected by the Israeli occupation on behalf of the PA.
Member of Hamas Political Bureau Musa Dodeen said the bill is a form of the Israeli “barbarism and sadism.”
