Hamas Spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said the following:

Commending Israeli sniper, who shot unarmed Palestinian boy near Gaza border fence, is an official legalisation and recognition of committing murder crimes of unarmed civilians.

This reflects the size of terror inflicted on the Palestinian people and this requires holding the occupation government and its leaders accountability for their crimes, taking deterrent punishment against them and putting an end to such crimes and violations.
