Deputy Hamas Leader in Gaza Dr Khalil al-Hayya travelled on Tuesday to Egypt to join Hamas delegation headed by Deputy Hamas Chief Saleh al-Arouri in Cairo.

Hamas delegation in Cairo is planned to meet with senior Egyptian officials to discuss the latest developments related to the Palestinian issue.

The delegation is also set to discuss the mutual relations with Egypt, ways of protecting the Palestinian issue from dangers threatening it, acheiving its legitimate rights and lessening the sufferings inflicted on besieged Gazans.

Hamas delegation in Cairo consists of Deputy Hamas Chief Saleh al-Arouri, Senior Hamas Leaders Musa abu-Marzouq and Husam Badran.
