On the 40th anniversary of the Palestinian Prisoner Day, Hamas pledges to liberate all of Palestinian prisoners from the Israeli jails.
In a statement, Hamas saluted the Palestinian prisoners and pledged that it would be working around the clock to bring them back to their families.
It also demanded that the Israeli occupation government abide by the prisoner swap that was reached in 2011 and release all the prisoners who were included in the deal yet were re-arrested later on.
Hamas Movement called for the local, regional and international right groups and official bodies to put pressure on the Israeli occupation in order to facilitate the life of the Palestinian prisoners inside its jails.
It is worth mentioning that the Israeli occupation arrested 6,742 Palestinians in 2017, including 1,467 children, 156 women and 13 MPs.
During the same year, three Palestinian prisoners passed away while inside the Israeli occupation prisons. This brought the number of Palestinian prisoners died inside the Israeli jails to 203. None of the cases was probed.
The Israeli occupation courts issued 15 life sentences against Palestinians during 2017.
