The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas renewed its pledge to release all Palestinian prisoners from the Israeli jails.

During a series of visits to families of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails carried out by Hamas Public Relations in Khan Younis a Hamas official said: “The Movement will spare no effort to work on releasing the Palestinian prisoners from the Israeli jails."  

These visits were part of Hamas activities to mark the Palestinian Prisoners' Day in support for the Palestinian prisoners and their families.

There are more than 6,500 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli jails, including 350 children, around 400 under administrative detention, 62 women and girl and seven MPs.
