The term of 'Jewish-only' state as a description for the Israeli Occupation pushed us to reconsider the terms imprinted and entrenched in our mind during the Arab-Israeli conflict in order to extend Israel’s colonization and Judaisation of Jerusalem and eradicate its Arab and Islamic character.  Consequently, all Jews will be allowed to immigrate to the occupied territories and the Palestinians will be deprived of their right of return and self-determination. 'Jewish nation-state bill' states that the right of self-determination is restricted to Jews only, which paves the way for the displacement of the "non-Jewish minorities" - a theory also supported by the Zionist Arabs who suggested land exchange or resettlement projects in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

The 'non-Jewish minorities' refer to the Palestinians who are still living in their homes in Galilee, Acre, Haifa, Jaffa, Lod, Ramlah, Beer Sheva, and the Negev Desert, as well as the residents of Jerusalem and the West Bank who are continuously trying to thwart the Israeli plans to displace them.

Announcing the Israeli Occupation a 'Jewish nation-state' means that this state is completely Jewish, and no race other than the Jews must live in Palestine. This legislation threatens the Palestinians' existence on their territories. Therefore, it must be thwarted. Passing the Jewish nation-state law, which coincides with the Nakba, the 1948 ethnic cleansing of Palestine, conveys several messages, the foremost of which is that the Israeli Occupation is an apartheid state revoking democracy by discriminating between its residents on the basis of religion and beliefs. On the other hand, the bill views the Palestinians living in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories as the non-indigenous residents of Palestine, who are just a minority living in 'Israel'. Thus, according to this arbitrary bill, they have no right to intervene in Israeli affairs or legislate the laws concerning the Jewish-only nation.

Based on this legislation, the Palestinians may be forced out of their homes in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories under the pretext of religious beliefs, just like the 1948 ethnic cleansing of Palestine when the original residents of this land were replaced by the Jews who immigrated from around the world, according to Balfour's saying, "A land without a people for a people without a land", which is more appropriately defined as," The promise of who doesn't own, to those who don't deserve."

Further evidence of the racism found in this bill is its effort to undermine the Arabic language by dropping it as the official language of Palestinians and possibly prohibiting its use inside the “Jewish State”. Terminating the mother tongue of Palestinian citizens aims to pave the way for the Judaisation  of Palestine through the education system and other means.

The latter confirms the Israeli Occupation is an apartheid state, which commits crimes and violations against the Palestinians on a daily basis, impose restrictions on the Palestinians in the 1948 occupied territories, and confiscating their lands.

These laws produced by the Israeli Occupation government from time to time paves the way for the sugarcoating of the Zionist entity as a Jewish-only state, which will leave no place for Palestinians in the 1948 occupied territories. Therefore, they will have to leave their homes forcibly or voluntarily, consequently leading to a new Palestinian exodus in front of the eyes of the international community.

History will record the international community's complicity and silence by following the policy of double standards instead of combating the racist and radical far-right government headed by Netanyahu, as it will not have repercussions on the Palestinians and Arabs only but on the whole world.
