Hamas leader in Lebanon Jihad Taha urged the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon to take part in the peaceful protests of the Great March of Return on May 15 at the borders with historical Palestine.

He confirmed that all the activities of the Great March of Return in Lebanon come in support for the Palestinians protesting against the Israeli arbitrary policies in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.

“These peaceful activities prove that Palestinians inside and outside the Palestinians territories have united to defend their national rights and constants,” he noted.    

Taha reiterated the Palestinians' choice to resist the Israeli Occupation until they achieve their fundamental rights, the foremost of which is their right to return to their homeland.

He also called for developing a Palestinian national vision to preserve the national rights and constants and heal the Palestinian internal division.
