The Palestinian Resistance Movement, Hamas, confirmed that the Israeli Occupation's refusal to conduct a probe into its massacre in Gaza proves its involvement in war crimes against innocent civilians.

In a press release on Sunday, Hamas spokesperson Abdul Latif al-Qanou said, "The Israeli Occupation's refusal to launch an investigation proves its brutality and acts of terror against the Palestinians and its blatant flouting of international and U.N. resolutions." 

The Israeli Occupation had refused the UN Human Rights Council call for an independent investigation into the crimes and violations perpetrated by the Israeli Occupation during its crackdown on the Great March of Return, which left more than 110  civilians dead.
