"The Israeli Occupation will fail in changing rules of engagement and imposing a new reality on the ground," the spokesperson of Hamas Abdel Latif al-Qanou

On his Facebook page, al-Qanou added, "The Palestinian resistance's decision to reserve the right to respond to the Israeli aggression on Gaza serves the Palestinian people's interests and is not made out of weakness." 

He described those who think that the Palestinian resistance "gave up its options" as "ignorant."   

"The Palestinian resistance acts wisely and is capable of making the Israeli Occupation pay a price for its aggression on the Palestinians," he continued. 

He confirmed that the Great March of Return, which exposed the Israeli terrorism, will continue unabated until the Palestinians obtain their fundamental rights, adding that the Israeli threats and aggression will not deter the protesters from taking part in the March.
