Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh informed the chief of Egypt's General Intelligence Service General Abbas Kamal about his Movement's agreement to the Egyptian proposal for the national reconciliation, which was submitted to Hamas delegation in its last visit to Cairo. 

In a phone call, Haniyeh discussed with Kamel the latest developments concerning the Palestinian issue, especially the Palestinian reconciliation and the humanitarian projects for the Gaza Strip, as well as the latest Israeli aggression on Gaza, which left one killed and two injured in an Israeli airstrike. 

The Hamas top leader expressed his appreciation to the positive atmosphere that has prevailed during Hamas delegation, headed by deputy chief of Hamas Political Bureau, meetings with the Egyptian officials in its last visit to Cairo reiterating his Movement's willingness to collaborate with all sides to achieve the Palestinian reconciliation .
