The Palestinian Authority security forces continues its illegal arrest campaign against the Palestinian civilians in the West Bank due to their political views.

The security forces had detained two ex-detainees without a warrant while it is holding many others in jail without trial.    

The Palestinian Preventive Security Service had arrested the ex-detainees Sa’id Asafran and Basem Asafra after storming and searching their houses in Hebron.  

The Preventive Security Service is still holding Jamil al-Aroj for the second day in a row while jailing the student Karmel al-Rimawi for the 35th day in a row without a trial.  

In protest of his detention by the Palestinian General Intelligence Service, the 18-year-old detainee Omar al-Sa’di held an open hunger strike.
