The Israeli occupation forces closed the gates of Al-Aqsa mosque from 7:30 am to 11:30 am, and prevented prayers and Murabiteen(worshippers staying at the mosque) from entering or staying in Al-Aqsa mosque during  that period, while the Arabs remain silent and the Palestinian leadership is busy with projects that divide and separate the Palestinian people.

The Israeli occupation closed the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and it now attempts to eliminate Al-Rabat (presence for prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque) and hurt the worshippers and endowment staff using legal pretexts.  

Moreover, the Israelis increased the number of times they storm Al-Aqsa mosque, mainly headed by terrorist Israeli minister of culture Miri Regev,  and  Israeli occupation minister in charge of Jerusalem affairs Ze’ev Elkin.

The Israelis believe the current Palestinian, Arab and Islamic situation helps to take similar steps against Al-Aqsa mosque, and they aim at dividing the mosque temporally. So, what we are going to do?

Jerusalem is the nation's political qibla -, political compass, and the nation's title of pride and dignity.

Media, political, social and struggle campaigns must be initiated to confront the Israeli plans individually, collectively and factionally.

On the Palestinian level, Al-Aqsa mosque needs attention from Abu Mazen and Fatah Central Committee, and it needs them to make efforts to unite Palestinians to defend it, for the current situation of the Palestinians is one of split and disarray, but would somebody responds to this call?

Al-Aqsa mosque is the Muslims' first qibla, the third of the Holy Mosques in Islam, the beacon for Arabs and Muslims, and the symbol of their sovereignty and interest. Yet, are the Arab and Muslim leaders going to move so that what happened to Ibrahimi Mosque will not happen to Al-Aqsa?

Are the Organization of Islamic Conference, the Committee on Jerusalem, Al-Azhar Alsharif , Muslim kings, presidents and emirs going to move and thwart the Israeli scheme of temporal division?

If the Israelis succeed, God forbids, it would be a prelude to the spatial division and the construction of a Jewish temple on a part of Al-Aqsa mosque yard.

Finally, there are still Murabiteen and worshippers in Al-Aqsa mosque, and they will not allow the Israeli enemy to implement such plans sooner or later. Those worshipers are the armor and fortress of Al-Aqsa mosque, and they are the nation's honor and pride. We still hold hope on them, and to watch victory made by them.  "Then they will nod their heads toward you and say, ‘When is that?’ Say, ‘Perhaps it will be soon’" (Holy Quran, Ch. 17, Verse 51).
