The Palestinian people’s right to return to their homeland, from which they were forced out, is an inalienable right that no one shall abolish or waive, head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Hanyia said.

During the funeral of Ahmad Omar who was killed by the Israeli Occupation forces on Tuesday evening north of Gaza, Hanyia stressed that the Palestinian people are determined to continue the struggle for freedom and independence.

Hanyia confirmed that the Palestinian people will continue flocking to the Gaza’s borders under the  Great March of Return until their demands are met, above all is the siege imposed on Gaza to be lifted.

He noted that the Palestinian people are fighting off the challenges posed to the Palestinian cause, including the U.S. decision to halt all funding to the UNRWA and assistance to the Palestinian refugees, as the so-called ‘the deal of the century’ looms.
