Hamas Movement denied the claims mentioned in Israeli reports that the resistance movement had told Egypt that it would relent on some of its demands to hammer out a ceasefire with the Israeli Occupation.
In a press release, the Hamas leader Sami Abu Zohri said that the Israeli claims that Hamas had altered the conditions to reach a ceasefire are “baseless”.
“There's no change on the ceasefire conditions that the Palestinian factions had already agreed on,” Abu Zohri added.
The Israeli TV channel Kan claimed that the Hamas delegation had informed the Egyptian officials during its visit to Cairo that it would relent on some of its demands and halt the Great March of Return to reach a ceasefire agreement with the Israeli occupation.
