The Israeli occupation’s decision to close a school in Nablus, the West Bank reflects its bullying and criminal practices against the educational institutions, Hamas leader Abdel Rahman Shadid said.

In a press release, Shadid considered this arbitrary decision as a “blatant violation of the Palestinian students’ right to learn” and a clear-cut proof that the Israeli occupation has breached all international conventions and laws without scrutiny.

Shaded confirmed that closing a school by the Israeli occupation reflected its intentions to seize control over the Palestinian territories.

He called on the families of the students studying in that school to protest the arbitrary Israeli decision, noting that such decision has no legal or legitimate value.

The Hamas leader urged the international institutions, human rights groups, and media outlets to assume their responsibility and expose the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
