A Press Statement on:

The Israeli Crime of Al-Aqsa Mosque Judaization

It is obvious that the Israeli attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque nowadays is the implementation of an Israeli plan developed by the leaders, rabbis and settlers of the Israeli occupation.

Noteworthy here is the timing of this plan, helped by the current situation and the Israeli recruitment and exploitation of several parties who are complicit in covering up the Israeli criminal scheme against Al-Aqsa and the holy sites.

Certainly, the practices of the Palestinian authority, including suppressing the Palestinian resistance, pursuing freedom fighters in the occupied West Bank, tightening the siege on the people of Gaza and humiliating Palestinians in diaspora, are part and parcel of the policy to distract people and divert their momentum away from the Israeli crime of Judaization.

The aggravation of Gaza power crisis and the accompanying misleading media campaign lead by the PA, are nothing but a smoke screen to turn eyes blind over the Israeli crimes in exchange for factional and personal interests and despicable political bribes.

And the US decision to enlist some of the resistance leaders as terrorists, is probably nothing but a message of reassurance and encouragement to the Israeli occupation to pursuit and accelerate the Judaization of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Moreover, the preoccupation of the Arab and Muslim nations in raging battles and suppression constitutes fertile environment for the Israeli occupation to attack the sacred heritage and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In light of the Israeli attack that is supported by forces of treachery, cowardice and collaboration, The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas stresses the following:

1- Almighty Allah is the protector of Al-Aqsa in the holy Quran, and it shall remain protected and blessed till the Day of Judgment.

2- The core of our great battle with the Israeli occupation is Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, starting with the 1920 protests in Jerusalem, the revolution of Buraq in 1929, during the occupation of Jerusalem in 1948, in the aftermath of 1967, after the arson of Al-Aqsa Mosque by Zionist settlers in 1969, and through all the desecration and Judaization schemes till today. Our people sacrificed thousands of martyrs for the sake of Jerusalem and the holy places, and they will not spare blood until sweeping the Israeli occupation away from this land. Those who started Al-Aqsa Intifada can ignite the revolution once again.

3- We salute the steadfastness of our people and sit-inners in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and we call on our people and the resistance factions to respond to this crime with all available means.

4- We call on Arab countries to assume a firm position from what the Zionist enemy is committing in the Al-Aqsa Mosque; the least that can be done is withdrawing their ambassadors from Israel, and expelling Israeli ambassadors from Arab capitals.

5- Those who put pressure on the Palestinian people and resistance, seeking to deflect and deplete the resistance for the interests of the Israeli occupation, are deeply deluded, as the occupation will not remain, nor will they.

6- All attempts of repression and obliteration will not prevent a massive revolution for Al-Aqsa. The nation's torrent is stronger than the dams of the Israelis and their collaborators; the day of revolution is inevitably coming, and explosion is the title of the current phase.

7- We hold the international community responsible for the repercussions of the Israeli crimes against our people, land and holy places.
