Ceasefire talks with Israeli occupation progressed, Hamas spokesperson says

The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas announced late Tuesday that it has made progress regarding the endeavours to break the Israeli siege on Gaza without a political price.

In a press release, Hamas spokesperson Abdel Latif al-Qano’a said that the Palestinian resistance has agreed to re-enforce the 2014 Egyptian-brokered ceasefire understandings with the Israeli occupation.

Al-Qano’a confirmed that the Palestinian people have got closer to achieving their demands, including lifting the Israeli blockade on Gaza.

He noted that the Palestinian people have started reaping the first fruits of the Palestinain people’s steadfastness, in a clear reference to a series of major projects designed to alleviate the dire economic situation in the besieged enclave.

The Hamas spokesman reiterated that the Great March of Return will continue unabated until its goals are achieved.
