The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas denounced the latest Israeli aggression on Syria.
In a press release, member of Hamas Political Bureau Khalil al-Hayya said that the Israeli aggression on Syria would put the region at serious risk. 
Al-Hayya added that the world has to realise that the Israeli Occupation poses a threat to the regional and global stability. 
The Hamas leader called on the international community to hold the Israeli Occupation accountable for attacking a sovereign country, noting that Palestinian people endure to the Israeli terrorism and violence on a daily basis. 
“We condemn any aggression on any Arab or Islamic state by an occupying force that considers itself as an entity above the law,” al-Hayya added.
The Israeli warplanes had launched on Thursday several airstrikes on Syrian targets in the suburbs of Damascus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
