Hamas Movemnet  condemned the meeting between the Palestinian Civil Affairs Minister Hussien al-Sheikh and the head of Israeli intelligence service Nadav Argaman as a “sign of the ongoing security collaboration with the Israeli Occupation.”

In a press release, Hamas leader Sami Abu Zohri said that the ongoing meetings between al-Sheikh and the chief of the Israeli Shin Bet “reflected the dishonest standpoint of the Palestinian Authority.”

“The PA maintains security collaboration with the Israeli Occupation while turning the screw on the Palestinian people in Gaza,” Abu Zohri noted.

The head of Israeli Shin Bet Nadav Argaman had met with Palestinian Minister of Civil Affairs Hussien al-Sheikh to find ways to tone down the tension in the West Bank, Israeli news outlets reported.
