Commenting on the Israeli Knesset’s endorsement of a law to force the families of the Palestinian freedom fighters out of their homes, the Hamas Movement states the following:

The Israeli violations against the families of the Palestinian freedom fighters would never dissuade the Palestinian people from continuing their resistance against the occupation. Indeed, the Israeli endorsement of the law to displace the families of the freedom fighter highlights the Israeli criminal and offensive policies against the Palestinian people.

The Israeli government seeks to satisfy the settlers through the policy of home demolition, reflecting the fascist mentality of the Israeli occupation, which is led by the extremist right wing. On the contrary, the Israeli offensive policies would motivate the Palestinian people to stick to their resistance against the occupation.

Hamas hails the families of the Palestinian families enduring the Israeli aggression and standing steadfast in the face of the Israeli occupation.

Finally, we call on the Palestinian people to support those families and show solidarity with them. Hamas extends its heartfelt thanks to the Palestinian people who launched initiatives to rebuild the houses and provide support for the freedom fighters’ families.
