The chief of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniya said that he has briefed mediators on the Israeli aggression against the peaceful protesters in the Great March of Return. 

During Mohammed al-Jahjouh’s funeral in Gaza, Haniya reiterated that the Palestinian people would continue protesting against the Israeli siege on the impoverished territory until it is lifted.  

Haniya noted that the Israeli Occupation failed to quell the Great March of Return despite using all violent means in its crackdown on the peaceful, popular protests along Gaza’s eastern borders.  

The Israeli Occupation forces murdered four Palestinians, including two children, and wounded 40 others, including two journalists and four medical workers while taking part in the popular protests at Gaza’s eastern borders, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported early Saturday.
