All options and means legitimate under international law are on the table for the Palestinian people to defend themselves and repulse the Israeli aggression, Hamas official Hassan Yousef said Sunday.

In a press release, Yousef confirmed that the Israeli settlers’ violence against the Palestinians in the West Bank is a part of Israeli systematic attacks spearheaded by the Israeli government to crush the will of the Palestinian people and force them to surrender.  

Yousef stressed that the Palestinian people would remain entrenched into their land and would never, under whatever circumstances, waive their right to their homeland and holy sites.

The Hamas official urged all sides to immediately act to deter the Israeli Occupation from perpetrating crimes against defenseless Palestinians. 

Instead of seeking alternatives that may deepen the internal division, Yousef said, the Palestinians should restore national unity to combat the challenges facing the Palestinian cause.
