The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas called for wide, mass participation of revolting Palestinian people in protests of anger and confrontations with the Israeli occupation army in the West Bank flashpoints after Friday prayers.
In a statement on Thursday, Hamas noted that the confrontations mirror the Israeli occupation’s crimes, and reflect Palestinian reverence for Al-Aqsa, the martyrs, the wounded and the detained, and send a message of unity around resistance in face of the latest Israeli decrees against our people and resistance activists.
Hamas called for unity among protestors, and for solely raising banners of Palestine in confrontations.
Hailing the revolting Palestinian crowds, Hamas said that the uprising demonstrates the failure of the occupation’s security apparatus, which has been sustaining hits without being able to foresee resistance attacks.
Hamas praised the unity and cohesion of Palestinian youth, men and women from all factions across all engagement points, calling for all classes of Palestinian society to actively engage in the uprising to further demonstrate Palestinian unity.
