On the massive fire that engulfed The Notre Dame Cathedral at Paris, member of Hamas International Office Dr. Basem Naim stated the following:
The Notre Dame Cathedral is one of the landmarks of the world heritage. We felt sorry to see fire engulfing the Cathedral. As Palestinians, we express our profound solidarity with the brotherly French people.
