Commenting on fake news and publishing names of persons involved in a subversive scheme in Gaza by al-Quds Press media agency, which was later published by other media outlets, Hamas states the following:

The news published, quoting Hamas officials, about persons involved a subversive scheme in Gaza is fake and baseless. No one from Hamas has made such statements. Therefore, we call on the media outlets to honour the principles of media work and professional ethics by avoiding the publication of fabricated statements.
