Member of Hamas Political Bureau Khalil al-Hayya said Wednesday that the Palestinian people would thwart any plan aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause.

While participating in the Million-Man March of Return, which marks the 71^st anniversary of the Nakba, al-Hayya added that the Trump’s plan will not pass and that his movement will exert efforts at all levels to thwart this deal.

Al-Hayya stressed that the Palestinian people took to Gaza’s eastern border fence today to convey a message that all plans targeting their cause have failed. 

The senior Hamas official reiterated that the Palestinian refugees would return one day to their homeland, adding that the Palestinians would not accept their cause be turned into a humanitarian issue. 

Reaffirming his movement’s rejection to resettle the Palestine refugees, Al-Hayya called for ending all forms of normalisation with the Israeli occupation and lifting Gaza siege.

Al-Hayya saluted the Palestinian people at home and abroad on the 71^st anniversary of the Nakba.
