Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh offered in a phone call on Monday his condolences to the Islamic Group’s Secretary General Sheikh Azzam al-Ayoubi over the assassination of Mohammed Jarrar.

Haniyeh sent his sincere condolences to Jarrar’s family on the assassination of the official who is in charge of Islamic Group’s Public Relations Office in Lebanon’s Hasbaya and Marjayoun.

Jarrar was assassinated on Sunday evening by unknown gunmen in front of al-Rahma Medical Clinic that he was running in Shebaa.

The Hamas chief condemned Jarrar’s assassination, noting that Jarrar always served his homeland and nation.
