On the deadly explosions outside National Cancer Institute in Cairo that led to killing 19 Egyptian civilians and injuring dozens, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem stated the following:

Hamas vehemently condemns the deadly explosions in Cairo. We wish the injured a speedy recovery and may the victims rest in peace.

We wish the Egyptian people safety, security, and stability.
