Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh met Friday evening with Chairman of the National Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza Mohammed al-Emadi.

Haniyeh along with a number of the movement’s officials have met Friday with Qatari Envoy Mohammed al-Emadi in Gaza, the top Hamas official’s office said in a press release.

Al-Emadi arrived in Gaza early on Friday via Beit Hanon (Erez) crossing in the north of the besieged enclave.

The Qatari Ambassador visits Gaza regularly to supervise projects for the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza and follow up the implementation of ceasefire understandings with between the Palestinian resistance and the Israeli occupation.
