Hamas official Wasfi Qabha stated that the resignation of the Trump administration’s special envoy for the Middle East peace process Jason Greenblatt highlights that the US-planned ‘Deal of the Century’ is doomed to failure.

The Hamas official also highlighted that the US envoy was notorious and anti-Palestinian people and stressed that he had attempted to abolish their rights.

“So, we do not feel sad as he leaves his post,” he added.

The Hamas official stressed that Palestinian unity, upholding the Palestinian rights, and sticking to resistance are the ‘rock’ on which all plots targeting the Palestinian people can be foiled.

The US special envoy for the Middle East announced Thursday that he will leave office once the long-delayed ‘Deal of the Century” is released.
