Seizing the bodies of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces is a blatant breach of all international laws, member of Hamas Political Bureau Husam Badran said Tuesday.

In a tweet, Badran said that approving a law allowing the Israeli occupation military to retain bodies of Palestinian martyrs by the Israeli supreme court proved that the Israeli occupation is a “gang of killers and criminals.”     

The senior Hamas official called on international human rights groups to expose Israeli violations against the Palestinian people, condemning the silence over Israeli crimes against Palestinians as “shameful.”

Badran explained that Palestinian families have a right to bury their killed sons without sustaining more suffering or punishment.
