The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has denied categorically claims that the movement is engaged in deliberations over proposals related to Rafah crossing.

In a statement on Sunday, Sami Abu Zuhri, Hamas spokesman, slammed the reports as fabricated and baseless.

Abu Zhuri reiterated the movement’s call for opening the Rafah border crossing in a way that guarantees Palestinians their right of free movement, stressing that such right does not conflict with Egypt securing its borders.
