Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh has sent three separate letters of condolences to Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Saed al-Hariri, and parliament speaker Nabih Berri following wildfires that erupted in various areas across the country.

“We in Hamas followed up with pain and sorrow the fires that swept through some areas and towns across the Lebanese Republic, leaving casualitie and damage to public facilities and properties,” Haniyeh said in the letters.
The Hamas chief offered his condolences to the Lebanese people and the victims’ families, expressing his solidarity with Lebanon’s president, government, and people.
Haniyeh wished the wounded fast and full recovery, hoping that Lebanon would overcome the aftereffects of the blazes that broke out in the country.
