The participation of an Israeli delegation in a scientific conference in Dubai highlight that some parties insist to normalise ties with the Israeli occupation.  

This condemned behaviour encourages the Israeli occupation to continue its aggression and commit more crimes against the Palestinian people and their holy sites.

The Israeli occupation should remain the arch-foe of the Arab and Islamic nations and all efforts should be unified to face it off.
