Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh has sent his condolences to chief of Sudan’s Sovereign Council Lt-Gen Abdel Fattah Burhan along with the Sudanese people and the families of the victims killed or injured in a fire that broke out at a factory in Khartoum.

In a phone call, Haniyeh highlighted the close relationship with Sudan, which has always supported the Palestinian people in their struggle for their rights.

At least 23 people were killed and dozens others injured on Tuesday in a fire triggered by an explosion at a ceramics manufacturing factory in northern Khartoum.
