The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned the Israeli verdict to outlaw the Islamic movement in the 1948 territory, deeming the verdict an act of racism.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri demanded in a press release Tuesday the international community to assume its responsibilities towards the Israeli racist policies.

The Israeli occupation announced that it had banned activities of the Islamic Movement in the lands of 1948, according to a press release distributed early Tuesday by the Prime Minister's office.
