Palestinian factions held a consultation meeting in Beirut on Friday on the sidelines of a conference for the support of Jerusalem Intifada.
The annual General Arab Conference was held in support of the Palestinian people's intifada in Beirut on Friday with the participation of about 250 Lebanese, Arab and Palestinian figures.
The convening Palestinian factions stressed the necessity to escalate, support, and continue the Jerusalem Intifada.
The meeting was attended by a group of faction leaders, including Mousa Abu Marzouk, Jamal Issa, Ali Barakeh and Osama Hamdan from Hamas Movement, as well as Abbas Zaki and Fathi Abu al-Ardat from Fatah, in addition to representatives of other factions.
The conferees championed Palestinian unity and continuation of consultation and coordination as well as exerting efforts to boost the confrontation against the Israeli occupation.
