Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh received a phone call from the Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Ali Larijani to stress that Iran rejects the so-called ‘deal of the century’

Larijani confirmed that Iran will continue supporting the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli occupation.

‘Those who thought that Iran’s position towards the resistance will change after the assassination of Soleimani are mistaken,” the Speaker of Iranian Parliament added.

Hamas chief, in turn, reiterated the movement’s unwavering stance towards Trump’s deal, adding that the plan ‘was born dead’ and will fail soon due to the unified Palestinian position towards the deal backed by supportive stances of the Arab and Islamic Ummah.
