Hamas leader Mushir al-Masri has said that Jerusalem intifada will continue until it achieves its goals and liberate the Palestinian land and holy sites.
Masri’s remarks came during a speech at a massive protest Hamas held in Gaza City on Tuesday in support of al-Quds intifada and the Islamic Movement in the 1948 occupied lands.
Masri stressed that the Intifada will not stop despite attempts by the Zionist enemy and some regional parties to contain it, noting that Kerry’s visit comes to complement such attempts.
“Shame on any Palestinian or Arab party to go along with the Zio-American moves aimed at affecting Jerusalem intifada," Masri underlined.
He said that Israel’s decision to outlaw the Islamic Movement was a reckless move, expressing his belief that the ban was retribution for the Islamic Movement’s efforts in defending al-Aqsa and preserving its Islamic identity.
"The Zionist decision against the Islamic Movement is foolish and reflects the level of stupidity which has become rampant in this entity led by war criminal Netanyahu, who has not taken a lesson from previous experiences and the history," he said.
Masri also called on the Palestinian Authority to honor the blood of the martyrs, who are killed by the Israeli occupation every day, and renounce its security collaboration with it.
He hailed the steadfastness of Palestinian people in occupied Jerusalem, West Bank and the lands of 1948, and praised the Islamic Movement and its leaders for being at the forefront in protecting al-Aqsa.
