Israeli occupation snipers’ admission of deliberate shooting and maiming peaceful Palestinian protesters at the Great Return March protests reaffirms that the Israeli occupation army had committed full-fledged war crimes, said Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem.

In a press release on Sunday evening, Qasem called for prosecuting the Israeli occupation military in the International Criminal Court for war crimes against the Palestinian people.

The unabated Israeli atrocities perpetrated against the Palestinian people will not be forgotten by the passage of time, Qasem explained, stressing that the Israeli occupation would pay a price for such crimes.
