Hamas mourns the killing of 15-year-old Mohammed Abdel Karim Hamayel, who was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces while the Israeli settlers stormed the Jabal Al-Arma mountain near Beita town in southern Nablus.

As it offers its sincere condolences to the slain martyr’s family, Hamas has called for prosecuting the Israeli occupation in international courts for its crimes against unarmed civilians. 

We salute Bieta’s residents for standing steadfast in the face of settlement expansion and Israeli settlers; this longstanding fight against Israeli settlers is a true reflection of how much the Palestinian people love their lands and are willing to defend it with all what they have.

Forming popular committees to fight off Israeli settlement activity is a practical response to annexation plans implemented by the Israeli occupation government.

The Palestinian martyrs’ blood will remain the fuel of the struggle against the Israeli occupation, which will never break the willpower of the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
