Israeli occupation forces storming of the house of Sheikh Ikrima Sabri in occupied Jerusalem is a barbaric act reflecting the Israeli bullying against the Palestinian people as the Israeli occupation insists on violating all international laws and norms, Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem said.

In a press release, Qasem stressed that breaking into the home of the Palestinian figure and a preacher at the al-Aqsa Mosque is a “provocation of all feelings of Arabs, Muslims and the free people of the world.”

Israeli crimes in occupied Jerusalem will not dissuade its Palestinian residents from protecting the al-Aqsa Mosque along with all holy sites at any cost, Qasem continued.
