Palestinians detained in Saudi jails over their support for the Palestinian resistance have been denied family visitations during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, Senior Hamas official Mohammed Nazzal said.
In a press release Wednesday, Nazzal pointed out that each detainee was allowed to phone his family for only five minutes.
As for Hamas representative Mohammed al-Khoudri, who also detained by Saudi authorities along with his son Hani, Nazzal noted that Hani was permitted to stay with his 81-year-old sick father in the same cell to take care of him.
Since April 2019, Saudi authorities have been holding dozens of Palestinians, including al-Khoudri and his son, for supporting the Palestinian resistance.
