Hamas spokesperson Abdullatif Al-Qanoa said that catching a group of agents directed by the Israeli occupation to destabilise security and orchestrate plots in the Gaza Strip indicates that the security forces in the enclave are prepared and ready to protect the Palestinians.

In a press release, Al-Qanoa appreciated the efforts exerted by the Ministry of Interior and the security forces to protect and secure the Gaza’s home front.

“We reiterate that Hamas supports such endeavours to foil Israeli plots,” he continued.

The Hamas spokesperson confirmed that the Israeli occupation’s plans to destabilise security in Gaza, undermine the Palestinians’ steadfastness, and thwart the resistance’s activity are doomed to failure.
